Memberships:
In order to start enjoying Sawmill, all guests must have a membership and can be purchased here
Traditional Membership - $50
This is the classic membership for those who love being part of the Sawmill family. Just a heads-up: this option doesn’t include your day pass, and prices for day passes may vary depending on the day or special events (which will be marked in yellow on our website).
VIP Membership - $100
For our semi-frequent visitors who are extra special, the VIP Membership is perfect! VIPs never pay for special events (their rates are capped at $15 per day), and they get early access to 50% off specials, free admission to all foam parties, and random F&B discounts throughout the year!
Monthly All-Access Pass - $85/month
( Introductory rate so lock in now!)
Think of this as your VIP pass, but with even more flexibility! For just $85 a month, you can visit Sawmill as many times as you want – no need to worry about lines either - your express!
NEW: Sawpass Daily Membership - $15 + Day Pass
For those of you who want to enjoy Sawmill for the day without the long-term commitment, this is the perfect option. You’ll get full access for the day, and if you decide you want more, you can always upgrade to a monthly or traditional membership.
Plus, we’ve added Digital Membership Cards! Just add it to your phone wallet for quick and easy access to the park.

2025 DAY PASSES
If you aren't able to stay with us for the weekend, you can still come out and have fun. You just need to purchase a Day Pass. Day Passes will be available for purchase after 9 am daily.
If you are a valid member, Day Passes will give you access to all of our facilities from 9 am until Midnight.
Day Pass Rates:
Monday through Thursday: $ 10 per person

CABINS
Reservations include the individual making the reservation, and one other valid member. Any additional guests will incur an additional fee.. Maximum of 14-day stay in a cabin before a mandatory 30-day break from booking another cabin.

STANDARD
Standard Cabins come with one or two beds , They all have A/C and guests will use a shared communal bathroom.
All cabins are equipped with A/C, a refrigerator and all linens.
Some cabins will not have the same decorations or appliance stylings .

DEDICATED WIFI IS INCLUDED Ultra -Premium Cabins are the ultimate way to camp for the camper who is looking for all the comforts of home. Tommy Bahama Bedding, Bathroom with Rain shower, 50" Roku Television, Glass door beverage refrigerator, Microwave, Huge Smart wifi Mirror, Premium artwork design, and complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. Daily turndown service and room service are available, A $100 refundable deposit is charged at check-in for incidentals and damages,

$170 per night for one bed cabins

SAWMILL TRAVEL INSURANCE
RV STANDARD
Pack up your RV and head down Highway 75 to Sawmill. All RV site rates include 30amp and 50amp electric, water, and sewer connections!

Any RV's stored at Sawmill will be moved onto the reserved site by 4PM on check-in day.
A limited number of "Premium RV Sites" are occasionally available for rent. Please contact your Sawmill reservationist for rates and terms.

VAN RATES
Any Van entering the Resort for overnight accommodation will be charged a $35/overnight rate weekdays and $50/overnight rate on weekends $65 Special Event
If a Van enters the Resort for an overnight stay and the occupant(s) legitimately request a tent site and they have a tent, they can be assigned a tent site at the tent rate but cannot plug in their van. If it is found they plug in their van into the tent electric utility they risk being banned from the property.
A limited number of "Van Sites" are occasionally available for rent. Please contact your Sawmill reservationist for rates and terms.

CABANAS
RATES
The absolute best way to enjoy our wonderful award winning swimming pool! Each Cabana is available from 9am until 10pm daily.
Cabanas are $25 Monday - Thursday and $50 on Fridays -Sunday
Special Event Weekends they are $65
Reservations include the individual making the reservation, and one other valid member. Any additional guests will incur an additional fee.
TENT CAMPING

What better way to experience the real essence of camping than in a tent.
TENT CAMPING :
Sunday - Thursday:
$17.00 per person per night
Friday & Saturday:
$25.00 per person per night
Holiday & Special Event Weekends:
$35.00 per person per night - (No free nights)
Expires daily at 12pm
Maximum of 14 day stay in a Tent ( Total of 30 days on the property if combined with another accommodation type )
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Full Payment is due at time of booking.
You can select our Sawmill Flex-Pay option which will require a 50% down payment at the time of booking and the remainder due 7 days prior to your arrival. Flex pay plans are Non-Refundable.
MINIMUM STAYS:
A minimum stay of two nights is required on all weekends (defined as Friday and Saturday ).
A three Night Minimum stay is required on New Years , Memorial, and Labor Day Weekends ( Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday)
Special events are defined as : New years, Mardi Gras, Halloween, Bear Camp, Memorial, July 4th, and Labor Day weekends
Please keep in mind that your reservations is guaranteed. However, site numbers are not guaranteed! We will attempt to get you in your preferred site/cabin, but if that specific site isn't available we will have to relocate you to another site.
Any RV's stored at Sawmill will be moved onto the reserved site by 4PM on check-in day.
CANCELLATIONS
As Sawmill accommodations are extremely limited in
availability, cancellation penalties apply.
When you place your booking you will have 3 options:
1. Members can now pay a 50% deposit at the time of reservation, with the remaining payment due 7 days prior to arrival. This allows you to confirm your reservation without worry, as you will have plenty of time to make the remaining payment. This option however is non-refundable or transferable.
2.a 100% worry free, refundable option with the flexibility to cancel for any reason up to 48 hours prior for a full refund back to your credit card. This new option offers guests the freedom and peace of mind to book with confidence. It’s like having airline-style flexibility! Consider it Sawmill Travel Insurance
3. You can pay in full at the time of booking, While our current rates will remain the same they are non- refundable
Long Term / Snowbird Cancellation Policy( If you are staying 90 days + ) :
If you cancel 3 months or more of arrival you will receive a 100% refund minus your deposit.
60 days prior: Non Refundable

ALL CAMP CREDITS EXPIRE IN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION AND CANNOT ROLLOVER. You must stay within the 60 days to use your credit. No extensions of any type are permitted and credits are non-transferable

Pets are permitted in certain cabins with a $25.00 fee
