ONLINE RESERVATIONS

There are a few important things to keep in mind while you are placing your reservation.

If you do not have a valid membership, we will charge your card for a yearly membership before arrival.

***NEW*** While we have never in the past guaranteed site numbers, we will now offer to pick and guarantee your site number for a nominal fee during online booking.

Effective 9/20/24, all phone reservations will be booked with refundable rates and will include the Guaranteed Site Lock charge. You have the option to decline the site lock charge and choose non-refundable at the time of booking.

When you place your booking you will have 3 options:
 

1.   Members can now pay a 10% deposit at the time of reservation, with the remaining payment due 14 days prior to arrival. This allows you to confirm your reservation without worry, as you will have plenty of time to make the remaining payment. This option however is non-refundable or transferable.

2.a 100% worry free, refundable option with the flexibility to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours prior for a full refund back to your credit card. This new option offers guests the freedom and peace of mind to book with confidence. It’s like having airline-style flexibility! Consider it Sawmill Travel Insurance

3. You can pay in full at the time of booking, While our current rates will remain the same they are non- refundable
